Our mutual friend Joanne Wilson retired after 34 years of service in the summer of 2020. Due to the pandemic, we were never able to send her off and honor her in the manner she deserved. This year, the College of Engineering, Mathematics, and Science will be honoring Joanne Wilson in three ways: a room naming, a drive to grow a scholarship in her name, and a quilt auction.

Joanne established the D. Joanne Wilson Women in Engineering, Mathematics, and Science Scholarship in 1997 to support women following in her footsteps.
