As a thought leadership organization advocating for economic and criminal justice reforms, racial equity, and inclusive economic growth, we envision a world in which all Marylanders, especially our low-income working communities can thrive and prosper.

JOTF helps workers overcome barriers to economic success. Because of donors like you, we have:

***Transformed the lives of 4,000+ community members who have either graduated from our highly successful workforce training and apprentice program and/or received wraparound case management services.

***Successfully advocated for the passage of dozens of bills that combat the systemic criminalization of poverty and race and promote equitable access to opportunity.

***Been awarded a national grant to reimagine a 21st century skills training and workforce development initiative.

***Created a game-changing Community Bail Fund that has not only bailed 35 people out of jail for non-violent offenses, but also provides wraparound reentry services and reinvests in the community.
