Since the 1960's Legendary Lodge Camps have inspired faith and helped build community in the Diocese of Helena and beyond. The beauty of God's creation and the joy of the Gospel continue to inspire 600 campers each summer. Many Catholic families are sending their second "generation" of campers to the Lodge!

The upper floor of the Main Lodge (dining hall) is not up to building code specs, and has been unused for over ten years. Our plan is to renovate the building to allow for more dining space and a large gathering area on that level. This will allow up to 20 more campers in each camp and help eliminate waiting lists. We will also use the space to gather indoors.

The project includes renovating the roof, roof trusses, floor, and floor supports. We will install bathrooms on the second floor, an emergency exit and remodel the main stairs so they are safe and usable. This will also give retreat groups that come to the Lodge in the fall another badly needed space to gather.

All renovations will honor the beautiful log design of our historic Lodge buildings and we invite you to help support the project, expand our ability to bring kids to camp and ensure that Legendary Lodge Catholic Summer Camping thrives for many more generations!
