At Community Health Care no one is turned away for inability to pay. The Patient Care Fund helps to cover the difference between what a patient can pay and the cost of their care. For uninsured and underinsured patients we use a sliding fee scale, based on income and family size, to determine the amount each patient is charged for services. In the last year, more than $3 million dollars in discounts were applied to services for patients!
