At Maine Adaptive we are committed to making the impossible possible. We meet our many participants where they are at and work together with our dedicated volunteers to make recreational experiences a reality. We are embrace "challenge by choice" and create spaces where learning, socialization, and independence abounds.

As one of our participants shares: "Going to a Maine Adaptive program day is more then just going out for a snowshoe or a ski-day! It is a chance to meet new people, catch-up with old friends, and explore the outdoors! The opportunity to get outside with Maine Adaptive makes my winter very special".
