Story

🎉 Giving Day Total Includes General Match! 💰

Cal Poly Humboldt Men’s Rugby team is a club sport, which means it raises its own funds to compete. Continuing the momentum over the past decade with consistent playoff appearances, a national championship title, and 10 All-Americans, your gift will help the team with out-of-state travel for competition and upgrade its equipment and gear.

Rugby is more than a sport for these student-athletes; it is a release from stress and gives them something competitive to look forward to. It also fosters lifelong friendships, as seen with their spirited alumni. It’s a family!

Hear from Head Coach Greg Pargee:

It is a welcome challenge every rugby season to assemble the pieces for a successful campaign. This year, our team chemistry and mental fitness has grown with every match. We have been fortunate to have players step up to the challenge, overcome some early key injuries, and stay focused with their work rate on the field both at training and on game day.
