Story
West County deserves transportation that is healthier for people and the planet.
Rich City Rides is building a Micromobility Hub where residents can access affordable bicycles and e-bikes, learn repair skills, ride safely, and choose clean, affordable ways to reach work, school, services, and community.
Each trip made by bike or e-bike instead of a car can help cut carbon emissions, reduce traffic, and improve local air quality. By expanding access to green mobility, this hub can help reduce the pollution that contributes to respiratory health risks, including asthma. West County has some of the highest asthma rates in both Contra Costa County and the entire state of California
The Hub will create a welcoming, community-rooted space for bike and e-bike access, hands-on repair education, youth opportunities, safe-riding support, and reliable transportation connections.
Your gift helps build a future where moving through West County is cleaner, healthier, more affordable, and more connected. Donations through this campaign are made to Urban Tilth, our 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor, and are restricted for the Rich City Rides Micromobility Hub project.
Together, we can move toward a greener, healthier West County; one ride at a time.
