The Norwich Hockey Club (NHC) is comprised of elite players born in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 from all over Quebec Canada, including Lachine, Upton, Sainte-Julie, Sainte-Eustache, Montreal, Saint-Agathe-de-Lotbiniere, Victoriaville, and Pincourt. Additionally, we have players from Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Helsinki, Finland (Capitol of Finland). The team competes at the highest level of hockey in New England and also participates in elite showcases, but it’s time to take the show on the road.

In order for our program to continue to grow we need to start competing on the national stage. Competing nationally will strengthen our program and give our players increased exposure.

With that being said, we received an invitation to participate in a prestigious high school showcase in Chicago, which will occur the weekend of November 10-12, 2023. This is a sixteen team, invite only, event with some outstanding teams participating, including the defending State Champions from Illinois, Colorado, Florida and Texas. All four of these teams competed in the USA Hockey High School National Championship tournament.  This invitation is certainly a "we have arrived" moment.

As this is an non-budgeted event, we need your help. The team members of the Norwich Hockey Club (NHC) would like to extend an opportunity for you to help our program get to Chicago to compete against the finest players and teams in the Chicago High School Hockey Showcase. Your donation will be used to offset the expenditures of the trip, such as flight, hotel, food, and other costs.

Any monetary donation would be greatly appreciated and would help out our team tremendously. In addition, while we hope to reach our donation goals, we are also asking for your support in sharing this story via word of mouth, email, social media, etc.
