Oakton College's Competitive Speech Team empowers students to develop confidence and invaluable skills. Students build networks for future careers, find their own voices, engage in critical thinking and create memories that will last a lifetime. We also give back to the community with local events at Oakton College, such as performances with OMG Improv and the Speaker Showcase featuring the best of public speaking classes at Oakton. Despite facing unprecedented challenges this year overcoming illness and adversity, our team remains resilient and dedicated to competing at the national level.
