Operation Regrow is Hearing Health Foundation's two-week campaign to support groundbreaking hearing and balance research.

Named for our Hearing Restoration Project research consortium (above), the campaign centers on an ambitious goal: to regrow the sensory hair cells in the inner ear that are key to hearing.

Birds and fish can do this naturally, but humans can’t. Our HRP scientists are working to change that.

And we have great news: Thanks to the generosity of longtime HHF supporter Carol Salmanson (inset above), every donation made during Operation Regrow will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $25,000.
