Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) is a registered charity dedicated to providing integrated, accessible, and equitable community-based primary care, wellness services, and health education to Durham residents who face multiple barriers to their health and well-being.

Our services are particularly focused on priority populations, including Indigenous and Black communities, 2SLGBTQI individuals, newcomers to Canada, seniors, and unattached patients (those without a family doctor).

We’re committed to ensuring that everyone in our community receives not just care when they're sick, but preventive care that empowers them to live healthier, longer lives at home.
