Otis Laury is a Charleston area entrepreneur, chef, and artist who has owned and operated several restaurants and catering businesses and has served as executive chef for three West Virginia governors. Otis was named a Distinguished West Virginian by governors Bob Wise and Joe Manchin. Described as “West Virginia’s Renaissance man “, Otis Laury has spent a lifetime mentoring youth about growing, cooking, and serving healthy food. He is also an acclaimed artist, painter, and sculptor.
