Dear Parkcrest family and friends,

Our school will once again be supporting Variety – the Children’s Charity of BC this spring to help kids across the province reach their fullest potential and thrive.

Last year, Variety's Grant Program matched funds raised from our Annual Winter Market and we were able to purchase just over $3000 worth of Sensory Toys to promote Active Play and Gross Motor Development for children of all abilities. We now have equipment such as balance boards, balance pods, musical stepping notes, parachute, play tunnel and river stones. These new and exciting pieces are being enjoyed by all our preschool children and will be used for years to come!

Parkcrest has played a crucial part in the success of Variety BC since 2007, and we’re proud to return again this year as a fundraising school in support of their mission to ensure children of all abilities have equal access to the critical support they need.
