1. Choose a day, night, or week that your stream will be dedicated to raising funds and awareness for the Parkinson's Foundation.

2. Share your story! Why are you passionate about making lives better for people living with Parkinson's? Share your personal connection to the cause add photos, upload a video and help spread the word to friends and family so they can support you.

3. Stream! When its time for your stream, share it on social media (tag us @ParkinsonDotOrg), update your page and watch the donations roll in.
