1. Join a fun run, turkey trot, or set your own personal exercise challenge (between 11/20 and 11/27) and sign up. Get a group of friends or family members together to make the run even more fun :).
2. Register for our fundraising challenge and set your fundraising goal. Any runners who raise $500 will receive a Special Edition Parkinson's Champions Turkey Trot Prize Pack!
3. Run! On race day run with your friends, family, turkey, and tag us on social media @ParkinsonDotOrg.
