Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre (PQCHC) is a nonprofit organization and the largest health centre in Ontario. Our mission is to meet the needs of the diverse communities that we serve by working in partnership with individuals, groups, and communities to achieve their full potential. We provide more than 60 health and social services and serve around 45,000 clients each year.

Our programs and services support individuals and families throughout their lifespan. While we support anyone living in our catchment, we largely focus on vulnerable populations including low-income individuals and families, seniors, those affected by mental illness and/or addictions, and newcomers to Canada.

Donations we receive will directly support our work happening in the community. This includes increasing food security, improving mental health, supporting employment, providing youth mentorship, reducing isolation and social exclusion, combatting racism and violence, and advocating on behalf of our clients on issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
