For 27 years and counting, Project Success is the community organization uniquely positioned to connect students with each other, with their schools, and with their futures. Our relationships and connections with Minneapolis students last up to 7 years and over the next year, students will look to Project Success more than ever to focus on who they are, where they want to go in this world and how they will get there. WE ARE HERE for them: connecting, igniting, delivering, innovating, and growing.

Project Success has made the commitment to stay strong for students, against all odds, and we delivered. No matter the challenge, WE ARE HERE to support the education and wellbeing of our students. After spending a year in Distance Learning, our diverse population of 16,000 Minneapolis students is beginning to make the transition back to school in person - and the challenges will only continue. This coming fall, more than two-thirds of all MPS students will change schools as part of the new district design plan.
