WHO WE ARE

The Prairie View A&M University Concert Chorale is the premier choral ensemble at PVAMU, representing the pinnacle of our university’s vocal artistry. In July 2024, we were honored with a prestigious invitation to perform at the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) National Conference in Dallas, TX on March 21, 2025. ACDA is the largest association of choral directors worldwide, and this marks the first time our Concert Chorale will take the stage at their national conference. This historic opportunity ushers in a new era of choral excellence at Prairie View A&M University.

WHY WE ARE RAISING FUNDS

We are raising funds to provide our student-performers with the support they need to represent PVAMU at the ACDA National Conference with the excellence they deserve.

Here's what we need to make this historic performance a success:

• Hotel Accommodations ($7,000): 25 rooms for 3 nights

• Transportation ($8,000): Bus rentals for roundtrip travel to Dallas

• Meals ($5,000)

• Incidentals ($2,000)

• Conference Registration Fees ($2,000.00)

Our total fundraising goal: $24,000!
