Located in Chelsea, Quebec, QUAIL House opened its doors in May 1994 as a home to 6 developmentally challenged adults. At QUAIL, we strive to protect and enhance our residents' welfare, defend and promote their rights, and encourage greater social integration, using all available resources in the community. We afford our residents the ability and dignity to live independently with the support of family and community.

For the last several years supporter Frank Hall has organized a team of runners participating in Ottawa Race Weekend to help raise funds for Quail.
