Story

The Adopt an Athlete program provides an avenue for alumni, friends, and family to be involved in a proud Athletics legacy. Your generous donations are directly used to enhance Red Deer Polytechnic's Athletic programs, including non-conference travel & hosting, equipment, team apparel, sport science support and Athletic Scholarships/Awards

The contributions provided through the Adopt an Athlete program allow our talented student-athletes to pursue their goals and realize their potential without monetary constraints.

About the charity

We are central Alberta’s post-secondary institution. We connect students at all stages of their lives and careers with the learning and training opportunities that will drive them forward. Since 1964, our connections to industry and the community have created learning, leadership and innovation opportunities that strengthen our region’s economy, social fabric and culture. As Red Deer Polytechnic, we will be able to serve more students as they access the education they need to remain, and achieve success, in the region after graduation. We will continue to provide educational experiences that connect students to industry leaders, learning the skills and earning the credentials they need to succeed in fulfilling careers, right here in our community.
