Realty Austin will volunteer over 2500 hours and raise $100,000 to build our 10th Austin Habitat for Humanity home. We have contributed $75,000 so far and need to raise $25,000 more. Will you help us meet this goal?

We are building this home for single mom, Nina, and her four boys: Isaiah (16), Jeremiah (14), Luis (10), and Adrian (3). Nina works hard as a Medical Assistant while juggling the demands of her children's education and sports. Her apartment is too small for her large family forcing them all to share rooms. There is no safe space for her boys to play outside at the apartment complex. When she first applied to Austin Habitat two years ago she did not qualify due to poor credit but she has worked hard to improve her financial situation and now has been accepted into the homeownership program!

Nina has big goals for the future and becoming a homeowner is just the beginning. She hopes to go back to school to become a nurse. With an affordable mortgage, she is looking forward to saving a little money to put towards a vacation with her boys. They are all excited for more space and privacy and having a yard and safe neighborhood to play in.
