Story
Bryson Jones, 14, of Harrod in Allen County, is an active student at Allen East Middle School with a passion for sports, the outdoors and agriculture. He enjoys playing football, spending time on the golf course and fishing whenever he gets the chance. Bryson loves being involved in all things 4-H and values the opportunities the organization provides to learn new skills, build friendships and develop leadership abilities. Whether he's competing, volunteering or simply enjoying time with fellow members, Bryson embraces every aspect of the 4-H experience and looks forward to continuing his involvement for years to come.
Bob Hoying is a Principal and co-founder of Crawford Hoying, where he helps lead more than $750 million in development projects, overseeing new opportunities, construction, leasing, and strategic operations. After earning his degree in production and operations management from The Ohio State University and spending six years in the NFL, he returned to central Ohio and partnered with Brent Crawford to establish Crawford Hoying in 1998. An active community leader and member of The Ohio State University Center for Real Estate Advisory Board, Bob lives in Dublin with his wife, Jill, and their four children.
A lifelong resident of Auglaize county, Alan is a business owner of Alan Davis Insurance Agency since 1984 now with three location and still an active farmer raising cattle and row crops. At home, Alan is a proud father of three boys who all work on the family farm and husband to his wife Diane for over 30 years.
