Hi everyone,
This year, I’m taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life, the Canadian Death Race. This Ultra Marathon is a 118km course with over 17,000 feet of elevation change that passes over three mountain summits in Grande Cache, Alberta. I’ll be running it alongside a close friend, not just for the adventure, but to raise money for Spinal Cord Injury Ontario, a cause that means a lot to me and my family.
Spinal cord injury has touched our lives in a very real way, and we've seen firsthand how vital the support and services from SCIO can be. This run is my way of giving back and helping others who are navigating similar challenges.
If you’re able to donate, share, or support in any way, I’d be so grateful. Every little bit makes a difference in the lives of people living with spinal cord injuries.
You can follow my journey on Strava and Instagram, I’ll be sharing updates, training progress, and more leading up to race day.
Thank you for being part of this.
