The Social Justice, Equity, and Inclusion Center (SJEIC) is a vital hub for historically underserved students at Cal Poly Humboldt. It provides critical programs, services, and resources that empower students and cultivate a more inclusive campus environment. The center proudly hosts the longest continually running Campus & Community Dialogue on Race (CDOR) and the annual Social Justice Summit, fostering meaningful conversations and positive action for change.

Last year, we introduced the Blue Zone Project, a global movement promoting health justice, longevity, and well-being through environmental and lifestyle changes, was introduced to campus last year. This year, the center aims to expand this initiative and work toward making Arcata a Blue Zone community, ensuring a healthier and more sustainable future for all.
