After fleeing war and other desperate circumstances in their homelands, refugees arrive in the U.S. with nothing. With your generous gift, Utah Valley Refugees is able to provide services such as case management, jobs training, access to affordable housing and health care, Education and able to learn english as well as interpretation and transpotion.

Our campaign aim to raise funds to support thousands of refugees in Utah and your support has a tangible possitive on lives of all refugees. On average, Utah welcomes 1,100 refugees each year.

In Utah most refugees bring skills, values, and attributes with them that make our communities vibrant and strong. While some refugees come with little education or formal job skills, others have obtained higher education and are experienced in their professional careers.

After the government-funded refugee assistance program expires and refugees are expected to fend for themselves but our program offers integration assistance beyond the government program andhave developed programs to ensure that refugee families can provide for their basic needs, including housing and healthcare, gainful employment, and education while they integrate into new communities.

More than 68.5 million people have been forced to flee their homes, the largest number ever recorded and more than 60,000 refugees living in Utah.
