In Cal Poly Humboldt’s Society of Women Engineers (SWE), we support and empower future engineers through leadership, inclusion, and kindness 💛 It is a safe place for people of all backgrounds, with a special focus on supporting women in engineering. The club offers professional, educational, and personal growth opportunities.
This year, we have the opportunity to attend the SWE National Conference in Boston—an event that brings together thousands of women engineers, leading professionals, and top companies from around the world 🌎✨
At past conferences, we’ve built lasting friendships, participated in insightful workshops on everything from leadership to technical innovation, and listened to inspiring speakers who have paved the way in the industry.
