Story

The SWF lnt'I Family Conference is held every other year. Join us this summer in Philadelphia, PA. We are excited to have Michael Duffy's Australian families joining us, thanks to fundraising efforts down under!

Much like conferences in the past, you can expect a Kid’s Camp for children during the Conference, Breakout Sessions you may choose to attend, Clinic appointments with CCN specialists (limited appointments available), and Respite for Caregivers.

Planned activities for the entire family, including an ice cream social, Million Miles Walk event, time to do your own thing, the Warrior Dinner, meet new and old friends, SWF swag bag...and more!
