The Bridge has over 70 years of experience serving the most vulnerable members of the New York City community. Many individuals receiving Bridge services face serious challenges in their lives such as homelessness, mental health and/or substance use challenges, histories of trauma, chronic health conditions, poverty, and criminal justice involvement.

To support clients in their recovery, The Bridge offers a comprehensive range of services, including behavioral and primary health services, supportive housing, community-based services, and alternative treatment modalities such as creative arts programming and horticultural therapy to over 4,200 New Yorkers annually. We operate more than 60 programs in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Embracing the idea that trauma impacts everyone, we support clients as they build their own paths toward healing, growth, and stability.
