The Tracy Fitzsimmons Promise Scholarship was established by the Board of Trustees in honor of President Fitzsimmons' ten-year anniversary as president of Shenandoah University. President Fitzsimmons has a special place in her heart for high-achieving students from underrepresented populations whose futures can be changed through a Shenandoah education. The Tracy Fitzsimmons Promise Scholarship Fund will be awarded annually to an incoming freshman who has a minimum GPA of 3.8 and an expected family contribution of zero (0).
