Transitions LifeCare at Work
In November of 2023, Sharon Capps' husband, Ralph, was admitted to Transitions LifeCare's hospice services at their home. Sharon expressed her gratitude in a letter:

Your donation helps us provide whatever a family needs as they face severe illness or end of life. For example:
$650: one week of personal care and attention from a hospice aide
$300: one day of overnight respite care for caregivers
$150: one home visit from a hospice nurse in the middle of the night
$100: one grief counseling session provided free of charge
