Story
The Umoja Center for Pan-African Student Excellence carries forward a powerful legacy of community, achievement, and support. Since its founding in 2015 as the African American Center for Academic Excellence, the Center has served as a cornerstone for students of the African diaspora—providing mentorship, cultural connection, and academic resources that help students thrive.
Today, as the Umoja Center, it reflects an even stronger commitment to unity, growth, and the success of Black students through education and community-building.
