- Meet Paishence Collier, an All-Region performer from nearby Coweta County in sprints and jumps.
- Track at the GSC Indoor Championships: Brandi Boddy wins her third consecutive GSC Shot Put Gold Medal she is the only athlete to win in the shot put at the GSC Indoor Championships
- UWG Track & Field wins four total medals at the GSC Indoor Championships: Paishence Collier wins bronze in the long jump Brandi Boddy with silver in the weight throw Haley Trammel with the bronze in the triple jump.
- Brandi Boddy was named Academic All-GSC for Indoor Track and Field.
- Women's Track & Field at the GSC Outdoor Championships - Brandi Boddy takes Gold and sets another GSC record with a shot put throw of 14.03m. Brandi had the top seven throws of all time at UWG in the spring season.
- UWG Track & Field wins five total medals at the GSC Outdoor Championships
- Brandi Boddy was named 2022 GSC Co-Field Athlete of the Year when the year-end awards were announced on May 18.
