Youth Services is so excited to partner with 8 local Girls Water Polo teams in their effort to raise crucial funds and awareness for mental health services! These student athletes recognize that supporting this need in our community will have long-lasting effects. Thank you to Niles West Girls Water Polo team for spearheading this campaign!
On March 15th and 16th, the Niles West Girls Water Polo team will host a tournament with eight local schools. In addition to a great weekend of water polo competition, the teams are being challenged to a fundraising competition leading up to the tournament! Participating schools include: Niles West, Glenbrook South, Maine South, Vernon Hills, Buffalo Grove, Hoffman Estates, Fremd, and Schaumburg.
The fundraising goal is $5,000, with the hope of supporting a child’s mental health scholarship services at Youth Services for one year. Fundraising will take place leading up to the tournament weekend and throughout the event. Admissions, concessions profits, and donations will be collected to try and reach the goal! If you are able, please consider donating towards our tournament goal.
