Story

Wyatt Needs Our Help: Standing Strong with the Killough Family

In September 2024, Wyatt, the son of Dallas Police Officer Dustin Killough, received a devastating diagnosis: a brain tumor. What was initially thought to be benign took a terrifying turn in February 2025. Severe migraines and escalating illness revealed the tumor's aggressive growth, demanding immediate, life-saving surgery.

Wyatt bravely endured a seven-hour operation on February 28th, followed by a second surgery to address a critical complication. Now, he faces an uncertain future, awaiting vital pathology results that will determine his next steps.

Imagine the fear and uncertainty of a parent watching their child battle a serious illness. That's the reality for Officer Killough and his family. Recent surgeries have placed a tremendous physical and emotional burden on them.

This is where our community steps in. Wyatt and his family need our support now more than ever. Your generous donation will directly alleviate the financial burden of medical expenses, allowing them to focus solely on Wyatt's recovery. Every dollar brings them closer to healing and hope. Your generous donation will provide a lifeline for the Killough family, helping them navigate the overwhelming medical expenses and allowing them to focus on what matters most: Wyatt's recovery. Let's offer them a beacon of hope during their darkest hours.

Please, donate today and share Wyatt's story. Let's rally together and show this courageous young boy he's not alone in his fight.
