At Camp Fire Columbia and Camp Namanu, we recognize that growing up is hard today. We see everyday the impact the pandemic, climate change, and racial injustice are having on young peoples mental and physical well being. That is why we are focused on creating the spaces, developing the programming, and recruiting the people that make Camp Fire youth feel strong and that they belong!

This 2022 giving season we are shining a bright light on the many ways Camp Fire Columbia and Camp Namanu impact the lives of thousands of young people.

We are asking for your support for the caring staff who work hard day in and day out to guide and support their growth; for the critical renovations to Camp Namanu as it celebrates its 100th summer camp season; and for Camperships and our Collective Care Fund, which reduce or eliminate costs for lower income families and youth to experience the power of Summer Camp and Before and After School programming. All of these investments are critical to cultivating a place where youth belong, thrive and shine. Where they can be their authentic, beautiful selves!

To address the youth mental health crisis, we ALL MUST show up, however we can, so that all youth feel a sense of belonging and can thrive.
