This year Team Macmillan have over 500 incredible runners taking part in the Great South Run in Portsmouth and Southsea.

We've set an ambitious fundraising target of £100,000, but as a team we know we can do it.

Almost half of us will get cancer, and we need your help to make sure that people get the support they need to face one of the toughest fights of their lives.
