Story

It’s a frightening fact that 30 people will become spinal cord injured due to accident or illness each festive season.

Join us this Christmas as we use the hashtag #ChristmasLight to raise awareness of spinal cord injury and raise funds to support more spinal cord injured people as they rebuild their lives.

Here is our four step guide to taking part:

1 .Enjoy the festivities by taking photos of #ChristmasLight anywhere you see it.

2. Donate £2 or more to support spinal cord injured people this Christmas.

3. Share your donation and photo on Facebook and Twitter using  #ChristmasLight

4. Nominate your friends and family to do the same

"I found hope that with hard work and positive thinking I could begin to find a new life and a new way of doing things. Your help and support was the starting point of my recovery and that day I will never forget." - Anne

Spinal cord injury is life-changing. Help us to support more people like Anne this Christmas. Take part in #ChristmasLight today!
