Story
In April, I will be running the 2026 London Marathon to support Save the Children!
As many of you will know, I am a keen runner and "enjoy" signing myself up for big challenges... So far, I have had the pleasure of running the Brighton, Poznan, and Istanbul marathons - each one a unique adventure that's taken me to some amazing places (and yes, Brighton counts!).
This year, the challenge is a little closer to home: the LONDON MARATHON. Those who know me well will know this is my dream marathon to run, and one in which I have had my eye on ever since I was old enough to enter the ballot. With no luck there, I was thrilled to secure a fundraising spot last month with Save the Children.
Any donation will support Save the Children's mission to ensure that every child has the opportunity to survive, learn, and thrive. The organisation works to protect children’s rights, provide access to quality education, improve health and nutrition, and respond to emergencies worldwide—striving to create lasting change that enhances the lives of children and their families. More information on the charity can be found here:
I’m looking forward to sharing updates on my progress and can’t wait to see everyone at the finish line (and of course, rehydrating at the pub afterwards!).
I would greatly appreciate any donations made using the link below.
