Event: 24 Hour - Moving for Mental Health, from 9 October 2022 to 10 October 2022
Our appeal is to restore our city centre building to continue supporting Merseyside's children, young people, & families. This will support the ever-increasing demand of mental health services, enabling quicker access and less waiting times.

Story

We are hoping to raise as much money as possible for a rebuild of our city centre community hub. For this event, YPAS staff will be running and cycling non-stop for 24 hours in our North Community Hub.

People suffer with their mental health 24 hours a day 7 days a week and we want to take on this challenge to raise awareness of that! 24 is the key number we are focusing on here and we would love as many people as possible to join us in any way you can by taking on the challenge of 24

This could be running, walking, skipping, swimming or anything at all linked with 24 for example 24 acts of kindness, 24 children holding hands and singing for 24 minutes we can't wait to hear your creative 24 fundraising ideas.

Starting at 12pm on Sunday 9th October YPAS staff will set off running on a treadmill and a bike in our North Community Hub non stop for 24 hours.

Please follow our social media @YPASLiverpool for updates.
