Buxton Hockey Club goes rogue once more! 

In 2017, we cycled a 174 mile Coast to Coast route, followed by a 50 mile night ride from Manchester to Blackpool - well Nel and Sharon had never seen the illuminations before so what better way to do so. 

In 2018, we continued on, and up, completing the 3 Yorkshire Peaks well within the 12 hour time challenge. 

Unable to get together in 2019,  we are taking on our biggest challenge yet for 2020 - Race The Sun (Lake District); a three part event from sunrise to sunset, including a 40 mile bike ride, 2 mile kayak across Derwentwater and an 11 mile hike to the summit of Skiddaw, and we're doing it for such a fabulous cause... 

Action Medical Research is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children’s lives through medical research. For 65 years they've helped pioneer ways to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people. Their research has helped to beat polio in the UK, develop ultrasound, fight meningitis and prevent stillbirths. But they urgently need to develop more new treatments and cures for sick babies and children and they can’t do it without your support so please do donate what you are able and together we can help fight for little lives!
