Throughout March I will be taking on ‘Mind's 100 miles in March’ challenge. I have been keen to raise awareness for Mind for some time now. Mental health has played a part in most of our lives, whether it’s yourself, someone you know or someone you have lost 🤍🪽 Mind is a charity I hold very close to my heart, I would like to raise awareness around mental health and the impact it can have on people’s lives. Working full time in an office job where I’m sat on my bum most of the day 🍑🙊 and a spinal fusion scheduled in April, is making the distance very daunting ..but I’m going to try my best!! 🏃‍♀️♥️
