Edward, Joe, Wendy, Julie,  Elaine, Tracey  some of Brenda’s friends are going to do the Walk of Light for The Florence nightingale Hospice In memory of an amazing woman Brenda,  who recently lost her fight with Cancer.  

It takes a special person to confront a life-limiting or terminal illness, your own or a loved ones, with courage and dignity.That's what we see every day at Florence Nightingale Hospice. It also takes special people to comfort those who are dying, to manage their pain, and to care for them in their last years, months and days. You will find these people at Florence Nightingale Hospice, taking care of patients, and also consoling and reassuring their families.We are honoured that over the years hundreds of people have supported us to raise money to enable the Florence Nightingale Hospice nurses, staff and volunteers to continue their work, at the Hospice and in patients' homes. Help us to make this first Walk of Light a huge success.
