London Marathon Fundraiser

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·
I'm thrilled to share that I've secured a spot to run in the London Marathon in April 2025, supporting Leukaemia Care #TEAMLC.This cause is close to my heart because my close friend Aiden was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia, at the age of 17.
Although leukaemia is often diagnosed in people over 55, it is also the most commonly diagnosed cancer among young people. Early detection can greatly improve treatment success and recovery chances. However, leukaemia symptoms are frequently misdiagnosed as less serious conditions, which was the case for Aiden. He likely lived with the illness for several months before his official diagnosis.
Aiden has successfully pushed his leukaemia into remission and manages it with daily medication. During his journey, he received remarkable support from a number of charities.
Running this marathon is my way of giving back and supporting a charity that is making a difference in the lives of those affected by leukaemia. Your support means the world to myself and anyone who has had their lives impacted by leukaemia.
Please consider donating to my fundraiser. Every contribution helps ensure that everyone facing leukaemia has access to the care and support they need. Thank you for your generosity and encouragement.
