We’ve entered a 100 mile bike ride! None of us can quite
believe it. This is like cycling from Birmingham to London.

It’s going to be a massive, massive challenge for all of us
and we’ve already started doing all sorts of unusual things…like getting up at
6am, riding through wind and rain, getting cold and hungry when we could have
been eating toast in bed…

But all of this will be worth it. Every peddle stroke and
every painful hour will help raise money to improve the lives of mums and
families affected by postnatal depression.

Postnatal depression is a horrible illness. It can make what
should be a time of joy into a time of real difficulty and suffering. Acacia
Family Support provides incredible services; they stand by families, walking
alongside them and helping them towards a better future.

So our struggles in the saddle will improve the lives of
local parents and babies. We thank YOU for your generosity.
