As a graduate of the Orkidstra program (2019) alongside my brother (2022), the organization and the people behind the project have been pivotal to my life and the sense of family that I cherish Ottawa for.

After finishing my bachelor's in Human Kinetics (BScHK) and my master's in physical therapy (MHSc PT) I have been taught by orkidstra to pursue challenges and use the learned discipline to seek my dreams.

As I attempt to stay active through tearing my ACL and lateral meniscus I will be attempting a 10k run. I had been training to qualify for Boston and hopefully will do that next year. I will still try to fundraiser for this amazing cause with your help!!

They do amazing work and keep on growing to provide so many kids with the dreams of expressing themselves through music and learning so many different life skills while growing up with the program. Orkidstra has been a true family to me.
