The Good Companions Seniors' Centre (TGC) is a non‑profit, multi‑service seniors’ centre that provides older adults and adults with physical disabilities opportunities for social connection, recreation, education, wellness services, and community support. I’m lucky to be the Executive Director of this amazing Centre and our future is bright.

My family and I, alongside my wonderful colleagues, volunteers, members and clients, will have some fun walking a 2km route during Ottawa’s Race Weekend. Supporting us with a kind donation allows TGC to continue our care, extend our reach, and ensure that we are connected to our older adults/seniors in Ottawa.
