Story
On May 24th, I’ll be running a half marathon at Tamarack Race Weekend in support of the Cancer Research Society (CRS) - a cause that is very close to my heart.
Cancer affects so many individuals and families, and supporting research is one of the most powerful ways we can create change. The Cancer Research Society funds critical work that helps improve treatments, advance knowledge, and move us closer to a future without cancer. Being able to contribute, even in a small way, means a lot to me.
Taking on 21.1 km race is both a physical and mental challenge, but it’s one I’m proud to do in support of something so meaningful. Every step on race day is a reminder of why this cause matters and the impact that continued research can have on so many lives.
Both my grandpas were affected by cancer and that is a big part of the reason this cause means so much to me. Helping raise money for this cause can have such an impact on so many lives!
If you’re able to support my fundraising, I would be incredibly grateful. Every donation helps fund life-changing research. And if you’re not able to donate, your encouragement and support truly go a long way.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
