On Saturday, May 23, 2026, I will run the 10 km Tamarack Race at 6:00 PM to raise $2,000 for Upstream Ottawa. As a Board Director, I see firsthand the urgency of accessible mental health support for youth, newcomers, and Black communities facing systemic barriers. We provide free counselling, peer support, & crisis services without waitlists or stigma.
