Hi all, Charlotte here! I'm running the London Marathon 2025 to raise funds for Leukemia Care, a charity that's incredibly close to my heart. Every day 44 people are diagnosed with a form of leukaemia, and unfortunately last year, my dad was one of those – this was a battle none of us expected, but thanks to early detection and the amazing care he received, he's in remission. We feel so fortunate, but I know many families are still facing this fight, and that’s why I’m running.

For over 50 years, Leukemia Care is a charity dedicated to supporting people affected by leukemia, as well as their families. They provide information, advice, and support to anyone affected by leukemia, including patients, their friends, and families. They raise awareness of issues impacting those affected by leukemia and other blood cancer types such as MDS, and MPN, and campaign tirelessly to fix them. The charity is driving early diagnosis, raising public awareness, improving services, and ensuring access to effective treatments.

Many of you will know that running doesn't quite come naturally to me, so this is a big challenge!! Every donation, no matter how small, helps Leukemia Care continue to offer these life-saving services.
