With the New Year upon us the 16 week plan is now in full swing.
I first began running in August time and have fallen in love with it over the last 4 months (I am sure this will change when the training becomes grueling.....) I am focusing my training to finish the marathon in under 3:30.

This will be my hardest physical challenge to date and one that I am fully committed too and cant wait to run on the day.

I am running the race to raise funds for the Michael Crawford Children's Charity. Any donations to them would be greatly received and allow their great work to continue. 

The charity uses it’s funds to benefit children and young people in the relief of sickness and poverty. It concentrates on helping children for whom the charity is really the last resort, particularly individuals who need medical or specially adapted equipment but do not qualify for, or are unable to obtain statutory financial assistance. The charity has made a significant difference to the quality of life for those individuals who would otherwise have found it extremely difficult.
